Geisel Tooling quotes custom punches and related small steel tooling components from PDF drawings or part prints. Material, hardness, heat-treat, coating, finish, and tolerance requirements are reviewed during quote.
Factory reference materials for select punch families include AISI M2, ANSI D2, JIS SKH51, and SKD11. Other specified materials can be included with the RFQ and reviewed with the factory against the PDF drawing or part print.
Common punch coating options include uncoated and TiN-coated. TiCN-coated punches have also been supplied on select orders.
Additional material, coating, finish, hardness, or tolerance requirements can be included with the RFQ and reviewed with the factory against the PDF drawing or part print.
